1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LifeLineFX software and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our software.
2. Description of Service
LifeLineFX provides trading automation software ("Software") that runs locally on your computer. The Software is designed to execute trades automatically based on predefined algorithmic rules on supported trading platforms (MT5, cTrader).
Important: LifeLineFX is a software provider only. We do not provide:
- Investment advice or recommendations
- Trading signals or tips
- Fund management or brokerage services
- Guarantees of trading performance or profits
3. Software License
Upon payment of the applicable subscription fee, LifeLineFX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal trading purposes only.
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
- Use the Software for any illegal purpose
- Share your license credentials with third parties
- Use the Software to manage funds for others without appropriate licensing
4. Subscription & Payment
LifeLineFX operates on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
5. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with the Software within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.
Conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your first payment
- This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only
- Refunds are not available after the 30-day period

- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
6. Risk Disclaimer
Trading foreign exchange (forex) and contracts for difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors.
You could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial capital. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of the Software, including any backtests or historical data, is not indicative of future results.
By using LifeLineFX Software, you acknowledge that:
- All trading decisions are made by you and are your sole responsibility
- LifeLineFX is not responsible for any trading losses you incur
- Market conditions can change and the Software may not perform as expected
- Technical failures, internet outages, or broker issues may affect performance
7. No Access to Your Funds
LifeLineFX Software runs entirely on your local machine. We never have access to your trading account credentials, funds, or positions. You maintain full control of your trading accounts at all times.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeLineFX and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Software shall not exceed the amount you paid to LifeLineFX in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LifeLineFX from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Software, your trading activities, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your license at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
